Its been a while. I know. But, in my defence, I did state this was the daily and not so daily diary.

So I was going to post about the antics of the Dublin trips last year. Never seemed to happen did it. My Bad. Well it happens. Was a fun few trips down there in a jallopy make shift kind of truck. Everything was moved to where it was being stored. I definately had a fun few days.

So what else has been happening?

Still unemployed. Oh. I don't think I had mentioned that. I have been unemployed since the new year. Oh what a joy THAT has been. Everything that I have applied for either has not been acknowledged it has been received or returned that I have not made the next part of recruitment. [Sarcasm] Nice  [/sarcasm]. I am not too sure about the recruitment companies are helping too much either. I was told by an insider to send my application through a company and I would be sure for an interview. The recruitment agency then said I did not meet the criteria that the said company was looking for. The agency has returned to tell me I did not make the selection as of the criteria. So now who do I believe? I am now thinking this is the case from most of the agencies. I can understand that most of the agencies are under pressure due to the amount of people unemployed. Surely though, there is something there.

Well I shall end my rant there.

I am currently trying to keep myself occupied with other things to help keep my sanity at bay. My Dad was going to throw out a nice pair of iron seat legs, so I nabbed them and in the process of taking the paint off and giving them an undercoat. They are going to be finished with a metallic blue paint. Same as the other items in our garden. I am also trying to think of a nice way to set the seat up. I mean in a way of attaching a seating plank of wood to the legs. Shall I curve it? Will it be left flat? Will the plank have curved seating areas? How long will the seat actually be? Things like that.

I am taking full advantage of this great weather too. Currently sitting in the garden sunshine, with headphones on listening to music with the laptop, and sitting on a swing seat we have. (yes we do have a few seats already in our garden, but when the parties flow over here, there is never enough seats.)

Well I think I will end the rambling now. I should spark up word and start to jot some things down.  Talk to you in another 6-12 months
